Bookings and payments

Bookings are typically confirmed via WhatsApp, phone, or in person. Availability depends on weather, lake conditions, equipment, and staffing.

Prices shown on the website are indicative and may change. The final price and inclusions will be confirmed at booking. Payment methods and advance amounts will be shared during confirmation.

Cancellations and weather

Water sports may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled for safety reasons including weather, water conditions, equipment issues, or instructor judgment.

If we cancel for safety or operational reasons, we will offer a reschedule or refund of amounts paid for the affected session, as agreed at the time. Guest no-shows or late arrivals may forfeit the slot or advance, subject to what was confirmed for that booking.

Eligibility and safety

All guests must follow instructor briefings, wear required safety gear, and obey staff directions at all times. We may refuse participation if we believe it is unsafe.

• You must disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, or swimming ability that could affect safety.
• Age, height, weight, or skill limits may apply for specific activities; staff will advise on site.
• Alcohol, drugs, or behaviour that endangers others is not allowed. Participation may be denied without refund in such cases.
• Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors under their care.

Assumption of risk

Water sports involve inherent risks including slips, falls, collisions, water exposure, and equipment-related incidents. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you take part voluntarily.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bangalore Water Sports and its owners, staff, and partners are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by proven gross negligence or as otherwise required by Indian law.

Personal belongings and photos

Please secure phones, jewellery, and valuables. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items unless required by law.

Photos or videos may be taken around the venue for marketing. Tell us if you prefer not to appear in promotional material.

Website use

Website content is for general information. Activity descriptions, images, and packages may be updated without notice. Unauthorised copying or misuse of site content is prohibited.

Links to sister brands or third-party sites are for convenience. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those external sites or experiences.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
